Feature: Process Support
ProjectPipe integrates your project data into its lightweight roadmap of the the five key project process groups in the Project Lifecycle Pipeline:
- Startup
- Planning
- Control
- Execution
- Shutdown
These process groups are presented in ProjectPipe's Process View:
Process Customization
Of course, all process content is totally customizable to fit your project or organization's needs. For each process group (startup, planning, etc.), you can customize the introductory paragraph(s), as well as the Document/List/Action content. All of the process customization is easily handled through ProjectPipe's Administrative Tasks Browser:
Document Management Integration
ProjectPipe knows whether or not key documents have been created or not, and provides the appropriate Create or View/Edit links accordingly.
This logic is based on document naming convention, and it can be used on any new or customized documents or process content that you create, in addition to the default documents and process content that ships with ProjectPipe.
