Feature: Query Builder
ProjectPipe provides a very simple and powerful utility for building your own custom queries. You have control over:
- The filter criteria
- The columns displayed and their display order
- The sort order of the data
- Whether the query is private to you, or accessible by the entire team
As you are building your query, you get a live preview of the data that the query will return. Below is a picture of the Query Builder in action:
Drag-and-Drop Layout
The Query Builder uses the same drag-and-drop mechanism for column selection and column order that you use for customizing your Outline or Table views:
Subscribe to Custom Queries via RSS
Once you have defined a query, ProjectPipe makes it available via RSS, so that you can subscribe to any changes to the query results.
Sharing Queries
Once you have defined a query, it appears in the "workflow view" box in the left margin of the application. This box contains all of the publicly available queries that you and your teammates have defined, as well as any private queries that you have created.
