In ProjectPipe, your userid is your email address. Password retrieval is automatic. Simply click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, and enter your email address, and a link will be emailed to you so that you can set a new password. Your userid/password is the same across all of your ProjectPipe projects, the ProjectPipe Account Manager application (for upgrading your account) and Subversion source code repository.
